FIVE LENS People Development has a set of products, processes and technologies designed to maximise human performance. At our core sits the FIVE LENS Questionnaire, which is an integrated assessment tool.

This dynamic and multi-dimensional “five lens” approach to measuring and reporting on behaviour goes further than any other methodology in terms of explaining the complexity of human behaviour.

Each of our five lenses provides self-insight based on a unique model of human development.The platform draws on the FIVE LENS questionnaire to produce reports that have layers of depth and provide possible development directions for the delegate.

These individuals’ results are then pulled through as a golden thread into a range of customisable products and processes which are addressed later in this course.
