The 'Essentials'
These comprise a set of skills or competency modules drawn primarily from the Five Lens Questionnaire (5LQ) and can be delivered in a natural team or leader group context. The learning component of each module is customized for every individual within the team or group, based on their Five Lens profile and a unique report is produced. The reports generated provide personalized feedback within the context of each module.
The individualization of the learning material extends further, to understanding self in relation to all other members of the team or leader group, again within the context of each module.These essential modules can be taken as individual learning interventions or in a variety of combinations and each module workbook can be adapted to include customizable teach pieces.
